Omachron Science Inc, in conjunction with GBD Corp has developed an improved solar heating technology to provide users in the Northern US and throughout Southern Canada which space heating and hot water heating products with a payback of only 2 to 4 years based upon current energy prices.

Omachron Technologies Inc has entered into a series of agreements to establish Omachron Water Technologies Inc to provide for the manufacturing and distribution of a series of ozone based water and wastewater treatment systems.

Omachron Water Technologies Inc will offer a light weight portable ozone water purifier which can operate on AC, DC, or batteries to provides clean, safe, fresh tasting drinking water. The product will produce 1.5 liters of drinking water in 8 minutes and provide a six log disinfection with test water 1, 2 or 3 per US EPA standards. The unit will retail for $99.95 and will be available in the first quarter of 2009.
